Civil Papers: will need to be mailed/addressed as follows;

*Associated Fees:
Civil Papers Process: has a flat rate fee of $50.00 per person being served. Checks should be made out to the Treasure County Sheriff’s Office and accompanied with papers before any service is attempted.
Records Requests has a minimum fee of $5.00 per case number. The first $5.00 covers up to 6 pages after which it is $1.00 per additional page. If redactions are necessary, then an additional $10.00 fee will be applied. For copies of photos/videos there is a min. fee of $10.00 per GB. If redactions in photos/videos are necessary, then a min. fee of $10.00 per hour spent making the redactions.
